EURUSD long term chart

Monthly chart

So far the rally off the recent low doesn't "look" complete.  Not to say we don't have a couple of red candles, nothing goes up in a straight line, BUT the declining trend line resistance seems a reasonable HIGH target, (1.40) or lower target 1.34

EURO L O N G T E R M

Monthly chart of EURO  are we heading for 1.14?  Which also coincides roughly with 61.8 % retracement of the rally from November 2000...

Then it may be the turn of the US dollar to collapse....

cable...

To my untrained eye.. this looks like previous charts ..if right this could see cable test the lows again..and possibly lower

LONG TERM...

http://iberianviews.blogspot.com/2009/06/daily-and-monthly-view.html

so caution is warranted if long ..and sell any strength shorter term...

cable also strongly correlated with crude oil..and crude oil correlated with equity indices

Euro USD chart

Quick look at the EURO vs $...

Looks like at critical junction...

We had the break out at 1.3058 in DEC, now retesting that level..will it hold? Also descending trendline..a break above that should bring us a new rally leg... Trading below 1.30 wil lbring us back into the range we had November to December

If we get a test of 1.3058 and hold ..I will go long there, and also on a good break of the dotted trendline.

A rally in euro would also tie in with a rally in equities...targeting the underside of the wedges (9600 DOW, 4400 FTSE, 4900 DAX).

END of dollar rally???

Talking heads keep saying dollar rally is "flight to safety" - RUBBISH...imho it is purely demand for dollars form US international funds being liquidated and repatriation of dollars to the US. HOW Long will it last? I'm sure we are close to a top for the dollar..look at the charts...extreme overbought/oversold (depends which currency you are looking from!)
